Gir National Park
Gir Forest National Park is a wildlife sanctuary in Gujarat, western India. It was established to protect Asiatic lions, who frequent the fenced-off Devalia Safari Park, along with leopards and antelopes. Gir Jungle Trail, outside the fenced area, traverses deciduous forest and is home to wildlife including vultures and pythons. The Kamleshwar Dam has marsh crocodiles and birds, such as Indian skimmers and pelicans.

Junagadh
Junagadh is a city in the western Indian state of Gujarat. Mahabat Maqbara is the huge 19th-century mausoleum of a local ruler, which showcases intricate Indo-Islamic architectural details. Uparkot Fort, founded around 300 BC, has city views from its ramparts. Within the fort are the stone-cut stepwells Adi Kadi Vav and Navghan Kuwo, plus Buddhist caves. To the west, Darbar Hall Museum is housed in a former palace.

Narala Island
Place is located near vadinar. Nearest city is jamnagar which is around 40-50 kms away. Best time to visit this place is early morning because sea water is very less and you will see most of sea animals like octopus, star fish, jelly fish, crabs etc. Better to hire guide so that they will help you find sea animals. Place is quite peaceful and should be visited with friends and family on weekends.

Navlakha Temple
Navlakha Temple at Ghumli was built by Jethwa rulers in 11th century dedicated to Sun god, Surya and is oldest sun temple of Gujarat. It has the largest base (Uagati) of the temples in Gujarat, measuring 45.72 x 30.48 m. Facing East, it had a beautiful entrance arch or Kirti Toran, that is now lost. The sanctum sanctorum (garbhagriha), covered pradakshina path, large gathering hall and its three shringar chokis are eye catching. On the surrounding walking path we find three directions with balconies. The mandapa has eight-sided pillars for support. In the small niches we find sculptures. The entrances are two storied. At the back wall of the temple we find two huge elephants fighting with their trunks. In Bhadra gavaksha there is the image of Brahma-Savitri, in the west is the Shiva-Parvati, to the north is Lakshmi Narayan.

Somnath Temple
The Somnath temple located in Prabhas Patan near Veraval in Saurashtra on the western coast of Gujarat, is believed to be the first among the twelve jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. It is an important pilgrimage and tourist spot of Gujarat. Reconstructed several times in the past after repeated destruction by several Muslim invaders and rulers and Portuguese, the present temple was reconstructed in Chaulukya style of Hindu temple architecture and completed in May 1951. The reconstruction was started under the orders of first Home Minister of India Vallabhbhai Patel and completed after his death
According to tradition, the Shivalinga in Somnath is one of the 12 jyotirlingas in India, where Shiva is believed to have appeared as a fiery column of light. The jyotirlingas are taken as the supreme, undivided reality out of which Shiva partly appears.

Nageshwar Temple
Nageshwar Temple or Nagnath Temple is located on the route between Gomati Dwarka and the Bait Dwarka Island on the coast of Saurashtra in Gujarat. The Jyotirlinga enshrined in the Temple of Nagnath is known as Nageshwar Mahadev and attracts thousands of pilgrims all round the year. This powerful Jyotirlinga symbolizes protection from all poisons. It is said that those who pray to the Nageshwar Linga become free of poison. The Rudra Samhita sloka refers to Nageshwar with the phrase 'Daarukaavane Naagesham'.

Dwarkadhish Temple, Dwarka
Dwarkadhish Temple is dedicated to Dwarkadhish or the ‘King of Dwaraka’ which is Lord Krishna. Dwarka is believed to have been the capital of Lord Krishna’s terrestrial kingdom. The temple is one of the Char Dhams in India and the 108th Divya Desam of Lord Vishnu. The architecture of the temple is beautiful with strong Chalukyan influences. 51.8m high it has 60 exquisitely carved pillars and sculptures adorning the temple. The deity of Lord Dwarkadhish made of black stone is 2.25ft in height.

Akshardham Temple, Gandhinagar
The largest temple in Gujarat, the Akshardham Temple is considered a masterpiece of modern India.
